The kitchen is well laid out, spacious with lots of cabinets and it opens up to the breakfast room. The bedrooms are large enough for queen size beds with decent closet space. Pets are welcome with an additional monthly fee. Outdoor parking next to the garage is available for an additional fee. No security deposit but a non-refundable move-in fee of 300/per person on the lease is required prior to move in. Credit check fee is the responsibility of the tenants. The location is great.
