There have been several phases of property improvements, with the most recent between 2009 and 2011. The electrical support system is larger than a standard one at 6,000 KVA. It is capable of providing electricity for twice the number of batteries than currently produced at full power. The facility can also accommodate heavy manufacturing equipment with extra thick floors, wide column spacing and ample ceiling clear heights.
