Theres one huge bedroom with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom is closer to a den (which we use as a guest bedroom/office/storage room). There is also a half bath in the hallway, and a living room with an open kitchen. Really deep storage closet in the bedroom (fits an entire kayak, 2 bicycles, 4 huge storage totes, and plenty of room for other things). In-unit washer/dryer. Central heat and AC. There is designated parking spot in a gated lot with a passcode and a mail area that is also behind a gate with passcode. We both work from home, and its always quiet, havent had any noise from our neighbors. Our landlord has been really great and responsive with any repairs weve requested. Looking for someone to sublet and take over our last 2 months.
